Whether you need a zip replacement or baffle repair, our highly-skilled service team has decades of experience in repairing down and synthetic jackets to the highest standard.

Cuff Tab Repair

£15.00
If your adjustable cuffs have experienced damage from general wear and tear, we can replace both the cuff tab and the hook and loop patches where necessary. We will colour match the fabric and hook and loop used where possible.

Full Zip Replacement

£30.00
If your zip is no longer attached or not running smoothly, we can replace it with an entirely new zip. We will always use the same YKK® zips as on the original product where possible.

Zip Slider Replacement

£10.00
If your zip’s teeth look undamaged yet your zip no longer closes, you may only require a zip slider replacement. If you are unsure, please purchase a full zip replacement and we will credit you the difference if indeed it is only the slider that needs replacing.

Bonded Patch Repair

£15.00
A bonded patch repair is suitable for waterproof insulated gear where the performance of the jacket would be compromised by a standard needle and thread repair. Suitable for damage 12cm x 8cm in diameter or smaller. We use colour-matched fabric where possible for a cleaner, lower profile result. Sometimes, especially in the case of older products, it is simply not possible to find the same or a close matching colour to use as a patch.

Patch Repair

£15.00
A patch repair will fix most minor rips, punctures, or tears. It is suitable for small areas of damage less than 8cm x 6cm. We use colour-matched fabric where possible, for a cleaner, lower profile result. Where exact fabric matches are not available, we will use the closest match. Sometimes, especially in the case of older products, it is simply not possible to find the same or a close matching colour to use as a patch.

Panel Replacement

£25.00
If your gear has sustained a serious injury greater than 8cm x 6cm, then a full panel repair is the most practical solution. Please note that one panel consists of an area of damaged fabric between the seams and stitch lines. If you have damage across multiple panels, please purchase more than one panel repair. If we can repair it relatively easily (for instance, where panels are adjacent to each other), we will refund you for any time saved on the repair.

Jacket Wash – Down or Synthetic

£25.00

Baffled by insulation washing and drying? Send your Rab insulated gear back to the experts for a  hassle-free wash and dry. Our quick and easy service will have your insulation cleaned, fully lofted, refreshed, and returned to you in time for your next adventure.

We’ll wash one item per Rab Jacket Wash purchased. That could be an insulated Rab jacket, parka, or vest, filled with real down or synthetic insulation. 

If damaged, don't forget to purchase a repair here, as we can't put damaged insulated items through our wash process.
