Rab softshell and midlayer repairs

If your Rab midlayer or softshell's zip is no longer attached or running smoothly, we can replace it with an entirely new zip. We will always use the same YKK® zips as on the original product.

We'll replace one zip on one Rab item per repair purchased.

If your Rab midlayer or softshell's zip teeth look undamaged but your zip no longer closes, you may only require a zip slider replacement. If you are unsure, please purchase a full zip replacement and we will credit you the difference if indeed it is only the slider that needs replacing.

A patch repair will fix most minor rips, punctures, or tears. This repair is suitable for Rab midlayers and softshell jackets with small areas of damage less than 8cm x 6cm. For larger areas of damage, you might need a large patch repair. We always try to colour match fabric but if a close match is not available (especially in the case of older products) we will do our best to keep the repair as inconspicuous as we can.
