Eva Walkner

Eva Walkner is a two-time Freeride World Tour Champion, mountain rescuer and sports journalist. Eva brings a wealth of experience, from her active competition career, and numerous ski expeditions, as well as from her activities as a mountain rescuer.

After numerous successes as a race and freeride competition skier, Eva finished her active career in 2018. Since then, she has undertaken various ski expeditions, among others to Iran, India, in the Alaska Range, South America and Greece. Furthermore, she managed several difficult descents, such as the Eiger west flank, the Y-Couloir in La Grave, the Canale del Prete in the Dolomites and the Dirty Needles in Alaska.
