Zip no longer running smoothly? Has it completely detached? Send your Rab waterproof shell to us for a full zip replacement.

If your zip is no longer sliding properly or has come off completely, it might be time for a full zip replacement. Send us your Rab waterproof jacket or pants and we'll replace the zip, using the same YKK® zips as on the original product where possible.

We'll replace one zip on one Rab item per repair purchased.

If your zip's refusing to close, send us your Rab waterproof gear and we'll replace the slider to get it working again.

Stubborn zip? Broken slider? If your zip's teeth look undamaged but it no longer closes, you might only need a zip slider replacement. If you're unsure, you can purchase a full zip replacement and we'll credit you the difference if only the slider needs replacing.

Have your cuffs taken a beating? Send us your Rab shell for a cuff tab repair so you can continue to keep the elements at bay.

Over time and after rigorous mountain use, your waterproof jacket's adjustable cuffs can start to look tattered or become damaged. We can replace both the cuff tab and the hook-and-loop patches to get your Rab waterproof back in top condition. Where possible, we'll colour match the fabric and hook-and-loop patches.

We'll repair both the cuff tabs and/or the hook-and-loop patches on one Rab item per repair purchased.

From scuffed shoulders to torn sleeves, a patch repair will fix most minor damage to your Rab waterproof jacket.

If your Rab shell has sustained a minor rip, tear, or puncture, a patch repair could be the answer. Provided the damage has only affected a small area of less than 8cm x 6cm, send us your waterproof jacket or pants and we'll soon have it patched up and back in action.

We use colour-matched fabric where possible, or if an exact match is not available, we use the closest match we can find. Bear in mind that sometimes, especially in the case of older products, a close match may not be possible. Damage larger than 8cm x 6cm? Check out our large patch repairs.

A large patch repair will fix most rips, punctures, or tears. This repair is suitable for Rab waterproof shell jackets and pants with areas of damage greater than 8cm x 6cm.

We always try to colour match fabric but if a close match is not available (especially in the case of older products) we will do our best to keep the repair as inconspicuous as we can.
