All EU orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge by DPD. Orders under this amount will incur a shipping cost of €8.00.

We aim to ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 pm the same day, although this is not guaranteed. 

Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email notification from DPD containing the delivery status of your order and detailed tracking information. You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

If your country is not listed and you are based outside the European Union, please refer to our Registered Resellers page to locate your nearest official Rab reseller.

All our deliveries come in durable paper packaging that is fully recyclable. 

We remove the polybags on all our products if they’re not required for protection. These are then sent to a specialist recycling facility, where they are given a second life. 

Please consider reusing or recycling the packaging you’ve received rather than simply disposing of it.
