Delivery
Rab ships throughout the EU via DPD. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping, otherwise, a flat rate of €8.00 will be charged per order under €50. We will aim to ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 pm the same day, although this is not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 45 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in resalable condition with tags attached. We are currently unable to exchange items and will refund products returned to us under the policy above.

Tech and features.
It's important to keep your down or synthetic insulated clothing clean to ensure optimum performance in the mountains. Our expert service will have your insulation cleaned, fully lofted, refreshed, and returned to you in time for your next adventure.
We’ll wash one Rab item per wash purchased. This could be an insulated Rab jacket, parka, or vest, filled with real down or synthetic insulation.
If your item is damaged, don't forget to purchase a repair too, as we can't put damaged insulated items through our wash process.
Why wash your insulated Rab gear with our Service Centre?
Over time, sweat, dirt, salts, and bacteria can accumulate in insulation and prevent it from performing to its best ability. Washing a technical insulated garment removes these contaminants and can save the insulation from breaking down prematurely, prolonging its lifetime for years of adventure.
We have decades of experience washing insulated items, and whilst it’s relatively straightforward to put your gear through a machine, perfecting the drying can be a tedious business. Our expert team will have your insulation gently washed, dried, fully re-lofted and, if waterproof, we’ll re-proof it too.
