Equip Outdoor Technologies LTD Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 2025

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.  The prize draw is being run by Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD  

1. Eligibility to enter

1. This prize draw runs across the https://rab.equipment websites and is open for entries until February 28th 2025.
2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age.
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
5. As part of this competition it is requested that you opt-in to receive marketing emails from Rab. You may unsubscribe at any time. 
6. The prize draw is free to enter.

2. How to enter

1. To enter the prize draw simply enter your email address into the website pop-up form and press submit.
2. Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

3. The prize

1. The prize will include: giftcard for use only on the rab.equipment website to the value of 500 GBP /  750 USD / 1000 CAD /  600 EUR / 7000 NOK or equivalent local currency.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
3. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
4. The decision of Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
5. Failure to claim the prize within 14 days of being contacted will mean the prize will be re-drawn.

4. Winner announcement

1. The winner will be announced and notified on or before March 31st 2025 via the email provided during subscription.
2. Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 
3. Any personal data collected during this competition will be used for contacting the winner and first name will be included in the winner's announcement communications.
4. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

5. Receipt of the prize

1. Please allow 14 days to receive the prize by email. 

6. Data protection and publicity

1.  You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us using this form.
3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name, city and country of residence to any other prize draw participants if requested via Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD.
4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD privacy notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.  

8. General

1.  Equip Outdoor Technologies UK LTD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
