So you have purchased a wash from our website, what happens next?

  1. Do not send your item back to us yet.

    In the next few days, UPS will deliver an envelope with packaging, a return label, and the Rab Wash form.

  2. Please complete the Rab Wash form and take this opportunity to add any supporting information that you would like to bring to our attention.

  3. Place your item and the completed Rab Wash form in the packaging provided. There is no need to add additional packaging (such as a box) and doing so might end up delaying your wash.

  4. Add the provided FedEx return label to the outside of the package.
