Online returns.

If you change your mind about an item and wish to return it, you may do so withinā€Æ45 days for a full refund (excluding carriage costs).

To qualify for a refund in full, the item must be in an unused resaleable condition with all tags intact.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items are returned in a non-saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on underwear unless they were received in error.

Extended Christmas returns policy.

We understand that Christmas gift shopping can be stressful, and you may not always get it right.

Therefore, to give you peace of mind, you can return any order purchased from us between 1st November and 25th December up until 15th February 2025.

Exchanges.

We donā€™t currently offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and pop a new order through online.

Do you offer FOC returns?

We donā€™t offer free returns, as we feel this encourages multiple purchases.

We do understand that returns are sometimes necessary and want you to be happy with your purchase. Thatā€™s why we offer a subsidised, insured return service operated by our preferred courier partner in the USA FedEx, who have an ambitious plan to deliver more sustainable deliveries which align with our own ambitions.

This FedEx returns service costsā€Æ$6.00, of which 50% is donated by us to an outdoors charity based in the USA.

For 2023/24 our chosen charity partner is Big City Mountaineers whose mission is to provides transformativeā€Æexperiences through connections to nature that strengthen life skills and build community for youth from disinvested communities. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes things go wrong. We stand behind all our products. Our Rab Promise covers the original owner for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing faults, poor workmanship, and/or materials.Ā 

If you have purchased an item directly from us that you later find to be faulty, please contact us using this service request form and we will seek to rectify the issue for you.Ā Ā 

If you bought it from a retailer and itā€™s less than a year old, please get in touch with the retailer you purchased it from. They will have a procedure in place to ensure that your issue is quickly resolved.Ā
