Our current turnaround time for repairs is 1-2 weeks
Accidents happen but that doesn’t have to mean the end for your waterproof jacket. A simple taped patch repair could return your jacket to its original functional, waterproof condition.

Select and purchase the type of repair service you need and we will post a care card (for you to explain to us what you need washed) and a prepaid postage label to you.

Package your gear securely, with the return label clearly showing. Please use recycled packaging where possible. Be sure to include the completed care card within the package, or we may be unable to identify your item.
3. Sit back and relax
We’ll get down to the hard work repairing your kit while you plan your next adventure.

Your fixed up kit will arrive at your door so you can get back to enjoying the mountains as soon as possible.
