Every order placed on rab.equipment is carefully packed by our team in Derbyshire and shipped with DPD.

Orders placed during the week and before midday will typically be delivered within 48 hours, although some remote areas may take longer. If you place your order at the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email from DPD with details to track your package.

Where can I use a gift card?

This gift card is only valid to online products appearing on http://rab.equipment and cannot be used against any store items or in conjunction with any Rab stockists.

How can I check the gift card balance?

If you’ve already activated your card, you can check its status online in your account.

How will I receive it?

Gift cards are shipped individually and can take up to 3 working days. Virtual cards are delivered within minutes of purchase (perfect for a last minute gift).

How long is the gift card valid for?

The card will expire 12 months from date of purchase/dispatch. Any balance remaining after this date will be lost.
