Job Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key part in strategic planning, creating and delivering key product and brand communications for the Rab brand in line with the International market's needs
  • You will be the key point of contact for the key countries to ensure a constant path of communication is kept open
  • Work with the company's international country managers building a solid relationship in order to provide relevant support with marketing communication activities which can be adapted country to country, sharing best practise ideas to tailor to the needs of each market
  • Working across the full marketing mix, with the brand at the heart of this, you will ensure all brand and marketing materials are effectively delivered, briefing internal creative team to ensure delivery is on time and in budget
  • This will enclose close management of International P.O.S, Brochures, catalogues, presentations, content, supported athletes and ventures alongside regional events whilst factoring in Online needs
  •  Develop ways to engage social content to maximise regional country reach alongside the Social Coordinator
  • Receive and evaluate regional marketing campaigns prior to sign off and ensure that timelines are met and in line with brand objectives
  • Aid in Athlete support to maximise country link ups and relevance to market needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a mix of b2c and b2b environments is preferred
  • Experience of working in a similar marketing role
  • Marketing Degree or relevant qualifications
  • Consumer industries would be advantageous
  • Strong project management skills are essential, the ability to manage multiple needs
  • A creative streak with a natural ability to come up with innovative ideas and approaches
  • Affinity with technical products and brands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
  • Understanding of how to build and maintain key relationships
  • Knowledge and passion for the outdoors and outdoors industry
  • Ability to multi-task and engage with internal and external teams whilst being able to manage own time
  • Ability to work strategically
  • Second language preferable

The International Marketing Coordinator will report to the Rab Head of Marketing and will be based at Equip’s Head Office in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
