Our current turnaround time for repairs is 3-4 weeks.

If you have multiple items in need of repair, please create a new order for each product with the required services selected.

 

Due to the time of year our Rab Service Centre is currently working on a 4 week turnaround time for repairs. Please factor this into any plans that you may have for your gear before sending it back to us.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Rab Service Centre is temporarily closed.


All services are unfortunately suspended. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Our current turnaround time for repairs is 1-2 weeks

 

Accidents happen but that doesn’t have to mean the end for your waterproof jacket. A simple taped patch repair could return your jacket to its original functional, waterproof condition.

Full Zip Replacement

€30.00

If your zip is broken or not running smoothly, we will replace it where possible using either a salvaged zip in guaranteed working order, or a new zip that has been manufactured from recycled materials.

Zip Slider Replacement

€15.00
If your zip’s teeth look undamaged yet your zip no longer closes, you may only require a zip slider replacement. If you are unsure, please purchase a full zip replacement and we will credit you the difference if indeed it is only the slider that needs replacing.

Cuff Tab Repair

€20.00

If your adjustable cuffs have experienced damage from general wear and tear, we can replace both the cuff tab and the hook and loop patches where necessary. Second Stitch cuff tab repairs use contrasting fabric. It's a badge of honour that will make your gear completely unique and show your commitment to creating less waste.

A patch repair will fix most minor rips, punctures, or tears. It is suitable for small areas of damage less than 8cm x 6cm. Second Stitch patch repairs use contrasting fabric. It's a badge of honour that will make your gear completely unique and show your commitment to creating less waste.

Panel Replacement or Large Patch

€25.00

If your gear has sustained a serious injury greater than 8cm x 6cm, then a full panel repair is the most practical solution. Please note that one panel consists of an area of damaged fabric between the seams and stitch lines. If you have damage across multiple panels, please purchase more than one panel repair. If we can repair it relatively easily (for instance, where panels are adjacent to each other), we will refund you for any time saved on the repair. Second Stitch panel repairs use contrasting fabric. It's a badge of honour that will make your gear completely unique and show your commitment to creating less waste.
