We'll wash and dry your Rab sleeping bag for you and have it back in time for your next adventure. The process is simple: we'll send a bag with returns shipping label to you, which you can use to send your item in to us, tracked and insured. Once we receive your item we will wash, dry and return it to you within 14 days of receipt. This service is available for rab sleeping bags only.
If any of our clothing or equipment fails we promise to help make it right with a repair or replacement, find out more here. Damage due to wear and tear or improper care can also be repaired for a reasonable fee.
The Rab Service Centre will be closed from 24th December until the 4th January, so that our elves can have a well-deserved rest. Anything returned to us during that time will be looked at in the New Year. There may be a small delay in processing washes in the New Year due to the Xmas shutdown. Washing down products is no fun - it's time consuming, involves a lot of effort and after the fifth cycle in the tumble dryer you still can't be guaranteed that your Rab sleeping bag will have the same loft and warmth as before.

2. Post your item to us
Package your gear securely, with the return label clearly showing. Please use recycled packaging where possible. Be sure to include the completed care card within the package, or we may be unable to identify your item.

We’ll get down to the hard work washing your kit while you plan your next adventure.

Your fresh kit will arrive at your door so you can get back to enjoying the mountains as soon as possible.
