At Rab we are passionate about the outdoors and mountain life. We develop technical products designed to perform well in extreme conditions. When not at work, we are usually outdoors testing our products, and ourselves!
We do recognise that not everyone is as fortunate to have the freedom and choices we have or are able to take part in the mountain activities we love. That is why we pride ourselves in partnering with organisations where we can share our passion and open the outdoors to wider communities.
The Outward Bound Trust

We launched a partnership with the outdoor educational charity, The Outward Bound Trust in July 2019. The alliance sees us working together on an educational character development programme. Over the next two years, we will help 48 young people defy their limitations through learning and adventure in the wild during a five-day residential course at Outward Bound Ullswater in the Lake District National Park.
Dukes Barn
Dukes Barn Outdoor Activity Centre provides adventurous activities for people of all ages and abilities. The Centre is situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire.
Their focus is children with special needs including Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Downs Syndrome, children with hearing or sight impairment and those with physical disabilities including wheelchair users. They also run courses for primary and secondary school children and those from disadvantaged backgrounds or poor inner city areas.
As well as raising money through the sale of selected products, our employees have raised money through sponsorship activity. We continue to look at ways to support including using our staff for hands on volunteering opportunities on site.
