Due to the time of year our Rab Service Centre is currently working on a 4 week turnaround time for repairs. Please factor this into any plans that you may have for your gear before sending it back to us.

Accidents happen but that doesn’t have to mean the end for your waterproof jacket. A simple taped patch repair could return your jacket to its original functional, waterproof condition.

Patch Repair CA$20.00 A patch repair will fix most minor rips, punctures, or tears. It is suitable for small areas of damage less than 8cm x 6cm. We use colour-matched fabric where possible, for a cleaner, lower profile result. Where exact fabric matches are not available, we will use the closest match. Sometimes, especially in the case of older products, it is simply not possible to find the same or a close matching colour to use as a patch.	Qty
Panel Repair CA$40.00 If your gear has sustained a serious injury greater than 8cm x 6cm, then a full panel repair is the most practical solution. Please note that one panel consists of an area of damaged fabric between the seams and stitch lines. If you have damage across multiple panels, please purchase more than one panel repair. If we can repair it relatively easily (for instance, where panels are adjacent to each other), we will refund you for any time saved on the repair.	Qty
Cuff Tab Repair CA$25.00 If your adjustable cuffs have experienced damage from general wear and tear, we can replace both the cuff tab and the hook and loop patches where necessary. We will colour match the fabric and hook and loop used where possible.	Qty
Zip Slider Replacement CA$15.00 If your zip’s teeth look undamaged yet your zip no longer closes, you may only require a zip slider replacement. If you are unsure, please purchase a full zip replacement and we will credit you the difference if indeed it is only the slider that needs replacing.	Qty
Full Zip Replacement CA$55.00 If your zip is no longer attached or not running smoothly, we can replace it with an entirely new zip. We will always use the same YKK® zips as on the original product where possible.	Qty
Waterproof Shell Wash CA$30.00 You’ve got better things to do than hang around washing and drying your waterproof shells – there are mountains to climb and hills to explore! Why not send your waterproof gear to the experts at our Service Centre? This quick and easy service will return your gear to peak condition and prolong its working life. We’ll wash and reproof one item per Rab Waterproof Shell Wash purchased. That could be a GORE-TEX, Pertex® or Proflex™ shell jacket or pants. Periodic washing is essential to maintain your gear’s waterproof abilities and without it the item may go beyond restoration. Don’t miss the opportunity to extend the life of your kit.
