How Service Centre Works
Select and purchase the type of wash service you need and we will post a care card and prepaid postage label to you. The care card is for you to add details about the damage and any supporting information.
Package your item securely, with the return postage label and barcode label clearly showing. Please use recycled packaging where possible. Be sure to include the completed care card within the package, or we may be unable to identify your return.
We’ll get down to the hard work washing your kit while you plan your next adventure.
Your fresh kit will arrive at your door so you can get back to enjoying the mountains as soon as possible.

Please remove all rubbish and personal items.
We are unable to wash items which are damaged, but a repair will be offered (where possible) prior to cleaning. Please note, we can only make repairs to Rab garments and sleeping bags.
Down items are washed and dried on a low heat setting, because of this we are unable to guarantee that stains will be removed from heavily soiled fabrics. If your item is heavily soiled and/or has been stored incorrectly, we cannot guarantee that the down loft will be fully restored.
We do re-treat DWR coated outer fabrics as part of the wash cycle. The age and condition of the item sent to us will have a bearing on how successful this is however.
A down jacket is a great long term investment. However down clusters will naturally deteriorate with age and with old jackets over 10 years old, the wash process may, although not always, exacerbate this.
In very rare instances an item can be damaged during the wash process. If a problem arises we reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our cost.
Washing may accelerate wear and tear on printed logos. We will replace Rab logos in-house. For non-Rab branded products, you will need to take this up with your retailer at your discretion.
